1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition.
Products must be returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and proof of purchase.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or missing packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:
Custom-made or personalized textile products
Printed advertising materials
Promotional merchandise customized with logos or branding
Cut fabric, fabric samples, or special-order materials
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
Gift cards or digital services
Many textile businesses exclude custom and cut fabric items from returns due to customization and resale limitations.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
A replacement
Store credit
A full or partial refund
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

Customized advertising or textile orders already in production cannot be canceled.
