1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and proof of purchase.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or missing packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or personalized textile products

  • Printed advertising materials

  • Promotional merchandise customized with logos or branding

  • Cut fabric, fabric samples, or special-order materials

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

  • Gift cards or digital services

Many textile businesses exclude custom and cut fabric items from returns due to customization and resale limitations.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide:

  • A replacement of equal value

  • A refund

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or customization has not started.

Customized advertising or textile orders already in production cannot be canceled.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Hermez Textile & Advertisement LLC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Unauthorized chargebacks

  • Abuse of the return policy

  • Returned merchandise not matching the original order
